These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Black Thread Union website at blackthreadunion.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Black Thread Union is an independent music project. The Site is operated by Black Thread Union. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” throughout these terms refer to Black Thread Union.

All music, artwork, photography, written content, logos, and design on this Site are owned by or licensed to Black Thread Union and are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are permitted to:

• Stream and listen to music on the Site for personal, non-commercial use.
• Share links to pages on the Site.

You are not permitted to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform any content without prior written permission.
• Create derivative works based on our content.
• Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices.

3. Acceptable use

4. Merch store

Purchases made through the merch store are also subject to the Shop Terms of Service in addition to these Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict between these terms and the Shop Terms of Service with respect to a purchase, the Shop Terms of Service apply.

5. Third-party services and links

The Site integrates third-party services including Printful (merch fulfilment), Stripe (payment processing), and Google Analytics. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.

The Site may contain links to external websites. We do not endorse or control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability
